This thread is for reader comments and questions about our article "How to configure Internet Explorer 7 Security Zones for highest security".

It describes how to use the Internet Options slider controls to set security levels higher than the defaults.
It has a table of recommended settings for each of the security zones: Restricted, Internet, Trusted, Local Intranet.
It shows how to set the Restricted and Internet zone security to higher than High, and how to disable risky IE7 plug-ins.

A related article has a table that shows how every individual configuration option is set when you choose one of the five predefined Security Levels  (Low, Medium-low, Medium, Medium-high, High).

You can start a new thread for your comments, if you prefer.
